WATCH: U.S. forces intercept and sink a vessel allegedly being used as a floating refueling station for a narco-terrorist group's drug trafficking operation in the Eastern Pacific. U.S. Marines and sailors boarded the vessel in international waters, searched it and turned over the people found aboard to Ecuadorian authorities. SOUTHCOM says intelligence linked the vessel to Los Choneros, a violent Ecuadorian narco-terrorist organization. Once the operation was complete, U.S. forces sank the vessel, cutting off what officials called a critical link in the traffickers' logistics chain. ▻
