NEW DETAILS: The Amazon cargo plane that overran a runway in Miami traveled roughly 1,300 feet beyond the paved surface, striking airport equipment, a van carrying seven people and a car, according to the NTSB. The plane first hit navigational equipment before slamming into the contract cleaning company van.
