This FBI has been making monumental changes across the board to modernize and optimize the Bureau and continue our mission of protecting the American people, like revamping our special agent application process to cut down on bureaucracy. We have been able to shrink the pipeline by 100 days without reducing our standards to get high-quality personnel onboard faster to continue protecting communities across the country.
