Women came together in London to talk about building careers in AI, how they got here, what comes next, and what it takes to move forward in a field that’s changing fast. Replit and our partners at the Incubator for Artificial Intelligence, the UK Government’s Incubator for Artificial Intelligence, brought together women already working in AI and women looking to find their way into the field. The more people who bring different skills, experiences, and perspectives to the field, the better we can shape what comes next. That’s what Replit and the Incubator for Artificial Intelligence are working toward in different ways: building AI that expands what people can do, from making software development more accessible to improving public services.
