Lori Talbot and Marie Forrestal aren't your typical road trip duo; they're on a mission to fix America's blood shortage, one blood drive at a time. The stat that started it all: only 2% of ambulances carry blood. That gap costs up to 10,000 lives every year. It's personal for both of them: Marie is a cancer survivor. Lori's daughter needed transfusions as a baby, and her late husband Bob relied on platelet donations before losing his battle with cancer.
