Chinese entities allegedly provided Iran with satellite images of a U.S. air base in Jordan, which Iran later targeted in a missile strike that killed three American troops. U.S. officials reportedly traced the high-resolution images back to Chinese entities, calling it the clearest evidence yet that such support for Iran had deadly consequences for U.S. forces. They did not accuse Beijing of directly participating in the attack. President Trump responded: “They basically do what we do.
