Tim Burchett is warning Americans to "pay attention" as reports put a spotlight on wealthy Chinese nationals using American surrogates to have children born as U.S. citizens. "This is the way they're gonna infiltrate. It's a long-term plan," Burchett argues, predicting some of the children will attend American colleges, return to China and later come back to the U.S. as citizens. His warning comes as one surrogate says she felt "blindsided" after learning she is carrying a baby for Chinese gaming billionaire Xu Bo, who has reportedly fathered more than 100 children through surrogacy.
