An @​ATFLouisville-led 60-day summer initiative in Louisville led to the arrest of nearly 50 violent offenders who collectively have over 200 prior felony convictions, including multiple prior homicide convictions. The initiative seized 160 firearms from Louisville’s streets, including 42 machinegun conversion devices, and 10 kilograms of illegal drugs. Gang members, gun traffickers, and others driving violence in high crime neighborhoods were the targets of the operation, part of Operation Take Back America.
