New video shows fireworks blasting from the back of a moving truck moments before authorities say one landed in dry grass and sparked Washington's deadly Chelan Hills Fire. At one point, someone can be heard yelling, "shoot at them, shoot at them," as fireworks get fired toward an approaching SUV. The fire ultimately burned at least 9,700 acres, destroyed more than 100 structures, and killed 69-year-old Robert Lister as he tried to escape, according to authorities. An 18-year-old suspect is now behind bars on $1 million bond, while the Douglas County Sheriff's Office says five more suspects remain outstanding. ▻
