WATCH: Republicans step in around Sen. Mitch McConnell as confusion breaks out over his vote during a farm bill markup in the Senate Agriculture Committee. McConnell quietly says “aye” as GOP Sen. John Hoeven leans over and tells him “no" multiple times. A staffer then intervened and Chairman John Boozman reinforced McConnell's "aye" vote as the bill advanced 12-11 along party lines.
