650 rolls of toilet paper, one massive police haul and an estimated "street value" of $1,708.66. The Plainfield Police Department in Illinois reveals the results of "Operation Clean Sweep" after intercepting the stash allegedly headed for neighborhood homes during homecoming week. "And yes... 650 rolls. We counted," police joked. The haul follows two nights of complaints near Plainfield North High School, where police say groups of 20 to 25 people in hoodies and ski masks "pull up" in multiple vehicles and target homes and cars with toilet paper, eggs, ketchup and detergent pods. Some targets have no connection to the school, and police say the pranks are causing property damage while pulling officers away from more serious calls. Read more:
