BREAKING: Lindsay Clancy’s defense attorney is asking a judge to question the lone holdout juror after her murder trial ended in a mistrial. @​BryanLlenas reports the defense wants to examine whether Michael P. Desronvil was truthful on his juror questionnaire and whether he used his cellphone or received outside information during deliberations. The attorney is also seeking the jurors’ confidential questionnaires and cellphone records from the days of deliberations. The defense is asking the judge to dismiss the case on double jeopardy grounds and rule that Clancy was not criminally responsible for the deaths of her three children.
