NEW: VP Vance announces a major fraud crackdown, stopping enrollment for roughly 750,000 people the administration believes are fraudulently enrolled in Obamacare. Vance says the move will save taxpayers $2.2 billion. "We expect that most of these people are fraudulently enrolled," Vance says as he announces additional verification for another 419,000 people. Those checks will focus on whether enrollees meet legal residency and income requirements. Vance says money recovered through the crackdown will instead go toward the health services it was originally intended to fund.
