BREAKING: The son of Israel’s ambassador to the U.S. is fighting for his life after a vehicle-ramming attack at a West Bank checkpoint. Neria Leiter, an IDF reservist, is seriously injured after authorities say a driver accelerated toward a police vehicle and struck him while he was serving alongside an officer. Israeli forces shot and killed the driver at the scene. Ambassador Yechiel Leiter is now returning to Israel to be with his son, instead of joining Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the U.N.
