A mother of five is dead and police say the hunter who shot her claims he thought she was a deer when she crossed a field with her children. Authorities say 74-year-old Walter Moorhead fired from a nearby hunting blind, killing 39-year-old Santos Maria Chilel Soto. Moorhead now faces manslaughter, reckless endangerment, as well as multiple firearm and felony charges.
