Now I could see a dozen different ways this could go, between appeals, between follow-ups by the White House, between other shenanigans that could occur.” “That’s the word that the lawyer for CNN, MS Now, and Politico used in court earlier when he said that the White House could try different ways to impose different bans, could try different ways to come back around and punish these news outlets.” “I am wondering what that might look like in the days to come. But at least in the short term, I think it’s apparent that the White House will have to allow these journalists back into work, probably in the morning hours in Washington tomorrow morning.” “Those journalists, and there are dozens of them who were affected by this ban, will likely be allowed to return to work at the White House.
