USC is taking action after a brutal late hit left Oregon quarterback Dante Moore being stretchered off the field. Trojans linebacker Desman Stephens is being suspended for one game after he was ejected for targeting Moore, then appeared to smile and celebrate as the quarterback received medical attention. "Desman's actions in last night's game are unacceptable," USC coach Lincoln Riley said.
