CASE UPDATE from @FBISanDiego Two Alleged White Supremacists Charged with Hate Crimes for Attacks at Oceanside Pier; Third Attacker Pleads Guilty As a result of an #FBI San Diego investigation, two alleged white supremacists from Riverside County were charged with hate crimes in connection with racially-motivated attacks on two U.S. Marines and a third man at the Oceanside pier in June 2025. Two defendants were arrested at approximately the same time in Riverside, California, and Wilsonville, Alabama. The third defendant pleaded guilty this week to three federal hate crimes offenses—admitting he participated in the attacks on the three victims, along with the other two, and that the assaults were racially motivated.
