NEW: Halle Berry is fighting back after her ex-husband Olivier Martinez obtained a temporary restraining order against her and is seeking sole custody of their 12-year-old son after serious abuse allegations. “To say this filing is entirely meritless and deliberately misleading would be an understatement,” Berry’s attorney tells Fox News Digital. Martinez alleges Berry physically and emotionally abused their son Maceo, claiming she attacked and choked him during a Sept. 26 confrontation. Berry’s attorney strongly disputes the allegations and says the actress will not be deterred from “fighting for Maceo’s best interests.” Berry must stay 100 yards from Martinez, and her time with Maceo is temporarily restricted ahead of an Oct. 16 hearing, TMZ reports.
