Case update from @FBIBoston: Two men have been indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly conspiring to distribute fentanyl in Worcester County. Richard Molina-Ovalle of Worcester and Jose Molina-Ovalle, a Dominican national unlawfully residing in Worcester, were charged in an indictment with conspiracy to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl and related charges. Jose Molina-Ovalle was also charged with being an Alien in Possession of Firearms and Illegal Reentry of an Alien, among other offenses. Learn more ➡️ ↧
