Gabor Gurbacs says oil could have hit $200 a barrel after a Strait of Hormuz supply shock without U.S. and China intervention. He cited an 8.3 million bpd Gulf output loss, partly offset by 3.9 million bpd lower Chinese demand and 3.3 million bpd from reserve releases.
