Considerable flash flooding, urban flooding & significant river flooding will be possible across the central U.S. Gulf coast & much of the Southeast Friday into the weekend as Hurricane #Isaias impacts the area. Rainfall amounts of 4-8" are forecast across southern Alabama, the Florida Panhandle & Big Bend, & southwest Georgia. Localized totals up to 15" are possible. Across the coastal Carolinas, rainfall of 3-5", with localized totals up to 8" are possible. Rainfall amounts of 1-3", with localized amounts up to 5", are possible across much of the remainder of the Southeast.
